Rolling Loud is coming back to California for its 10th anniversary. The hip-hop festival has booked three days at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, December 10 to 12, 2027, and passes went on sale September 24, 2026, starting at $249 all-in for three days of general admission.

No lineup yet. Rolling Loud CEO and co-founder Matt Zingler told Complex it feels good to be back in California, and promised three days at the NOS Events Center. The last California edition on the festival’s site was a two-day event at Hollywood Park in Inglewood in March 2025. Here is what is confirmed so far, from the official site as of September 28, 2026.

If you have been to Rolling Loud before

The festival’s hours and info pages have not been updated for 2027 yet. They still describe the 2025 event in Inglewood. For a sense of what to expect, these were the rules there, and they may change for San Bernardino:

  • No re-entry and no early entry.
  • A strict clear bag policy: clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, one-gallon clear freezer bags, clear hydration packs, or a small clutch about the size of a hand. Tinted and iridescent bags did not count as clear.
  • One empty plastic reusable water bottle up to 32 ounces.
  • No strollers, chairs, blankets, flags, or chain wallets.
  • Real ID only. School IDs, consular IDs, and expired IDs were not accepted.

Getting there

The NOS Events Center sits on South E Street in San Bernardino. Rolling Loud lists parking information as TBA. The same venue hosts Insomniac’s Beyond Wonderland and Wasteland festivals, which sell premier parking passes and use an off-site rideshare lot, but Rolling Loud has not said how it will handle either.

Accessibility

Rolling Loud’s accessibility page describes accessible entry lanes at all entrances, free accessibility wristbands at hubs just inside each entrance (no pre-registration), one companion wristband, accessible viewing areas at designated stages, and mobility device charging. That page also has not been updated for San Bernardino yet, so check back closer to the date.
