Tustin Parks and Recreation and the Tustin Police Department host the Halloween Howl on Friday, October 30, 4 to 7 p.m. The free event has a new location this year: the Tustin Library courtyard at 345 E. Main St.

For 2026, the city is combining its Halloween Howl with the police department’s Trunk or Treat.

What’s planned

The city’s flyer lists trunk or treat, trick-or-treating, a costume contest, bounce houses, games, a caricaturist and food trucks.

There is also a sensory space, which the city’s event page describes as a Calm Corner for little ones.

Before you go

Families who attended in past years should note the change of venue. The event is free, and costumes are encouraged. Updates are posted on the city’s Halloween Howl page.
