The City of La Habra holds its 2026 Community Open House on Saturday, October 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event runs along La Habra Boulevard between Euclid Street and Cypress Street, with activities inside City Hall and the La Habra Police Department.
The city describes it as a family-friendly day, and the timing lands one week before Halloween, so costumes fit right in.
What’s planned
The city lists a haunted jail tour, trunk-or-treating with La Habra Police vehicles, public works equipment displays, three inflatable attractions, carnival games and a costume contest. Community and city information booths, new local businesses and candy giveaways from community groups are also on the schedule.
Local schools and community groups will perform, and the Children’s Museum at La Habra is bringing its Mobile Museum and a craft station.
Getting there
La Habra City Hall is at 110 E. La Habra Blvd. The city’s listing does not mention admission fees or parking details, so check the official event page or call the city at 562-383-4000 before heading out.
