WonderCon, Comic-Con International’s spring show, returns to the Anaheim Convention Center Friday, March 26 through Sunday, March 28, 2027. That is Easter weekend. Badges are already on sale, and the early-bird three-day adult badge is $135 through February 11, 2027.
Think of it as San Diego Comic-Con’s easier-going sibling: more than 900 exhibitors in a 412,000-square-foot hall, film and TV panels, autographs, portfolio reviews, and the Masquerade, with badges you can buy right now instead of waiting for a timed sale. Here is what Comic-Con International has posted as of September 28, 2026.

Badges
You buy WonderCon badges with a Comic-Con Member ID, the same account used for San Diego. Log in to the Member ID portal and choose “Buy WonderCon Badges.” Current prices from the badge page:

| Saturday, March 27 | $61 | $31 |

- Refunds: The deadline is February 11, 2027, the same day the early bird ends.

Cosplay and props
These rules come from WonderCon’s convention policies, last updated February 13, 2026. Check for a 2027 update before the show.
- Daily inspection: All costume props must be checked each day at a designated desk.
- No functional or sharp-edged props or weapons.
- Projectile replicas need brightly colored caps, and real arrows must have tips removed and be bundled.
- Stilts and oversized costumes need approval, and oversized costumes can be asked to leave exhibit areas when crowded.
- No realistic first responder or security costumes.
What to leave at home
- Rolling luggage, handcarts, and trolleys.
- Selfie sticks and wearable cameras.
- Alcohol, drones, helium balloons, and fireworks.
- Segways and hoverboards.
- Vapes and cigarettes. No smoking of any kind at any Comic-Con event.
- Pets. Service animals are allowed.
Strollers cannot go into programming rooms because of fire code, but free stroller parking is available, first come, first served, with no security. Wear your whole badge where it can be seen; badges are non-transferable, IDs are checked at random, and a lost badge costs full price to replace.
Getting there
The convention center is at 800 W. Katella Ave., next to the Hilton Anaheim. Comic-Con’s getting-here page lists OCTA bus routes, Metrolink trains to ARTIC station in Anaheim, and Greyhound at the Anaheim station 2.2 miles north. Hotel reservations for 2027 are not open yet.
Accessibility
The Deaf Services and Disabled Services desks are in Lobby B/C on the ground level. Certified ASL interpreters work the large panels and the Masquerade, and can be requested for other panels; volunteer interpreters can help with gaming, autographs, and the exhibit hall for up to three hours. Wheelchair, Deaf, and ambulatory seating is available as capacity allows. A limited number of wheelchairs and scooters can be rented first come, first served with ID and a card. Attendants need their own badge and Member ID. For mobility device assessments, give 30 days’ notice. Questions go to cci-info@comic-con.org.
A little history
WonderCon has been in Anaheim since 2012. It is produced by Comic-Con International, the San Diego nonprofit behind Comic-Con. Planning for summer too? Our 2027 Southern California convention calendar lists every show announced so far.
Still to come
Guests, the programming schedule, daily hours, hotel reservations, the regular three-day price after February 11, and any 2027 update to the convention policies had not been posted as of this writing. The 824 Journal will update this guide when they are.
