The 2026 Seal Beach Turkey Trot is Saturday, November 21, the Saturday before Thanksgiving, in downtown Seal Beach. The races start and finish on Main Street at Central Avenue, in front of Hennessey’s Tavern at 143 Main St.
The 5K and 10K run/walk start at 7 a.m. The kids’ 1K, called the “Don’t Be A Turkey Trot,” is for children 10 and under and starts at 8:45 a.m.
Registration
Current prices on the race’s registration page are $40 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K and $15 for the kids’ 1K. The page says prices will go up, so register early for the lower rate.
5K and 10K entrants get a T-shirt, bib and finisher medal. Kids in the 1K get a bib and finisher medal.
Packet pickup
Pickup is Friday, November 20, 2 to 7 p.m., or race morning, 6 to 7 a.m., at Hennessey’s Tavern. The race is organized by A Running Legacy Inc.
