Santa Ana’s Free Jerome Spooktacular Brings a Haunted House and Costume Contest on October 24

The City of Santa Ana holds its free Jerome Spooktacular on Saturday, October 24, 2026, 2 to 5 p.m., at the Jerome Recreation Center, 726 S. Center St.

The city lists a costume contest, a haunted house, performances by the center’s contract classes and community resource booths, along with other activities.

The event is free and open to all ages. The city asks families to sign up in advance at tinyurl.com/2026COSASpook. Parking details are not listed on the event page.

Also in Santa Ana that week

The day before, on Friday, October 23, the city hosts a free Harvest Festival at the El Salvador Park Community Garden, 1825 W. Civic Center Drive, 4 to 6 p.m. It includes arts and crafts, games, music, a decorating contest and a costume contest at 5 p.m. Registration for that event is at tinyurl.com/Harvest-Festival-2026.
