The City of Irvine hosts Monster Splash on Saturday, October 24, 2026, 1 to 4 p.m. at the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center, 4601 Walnut Ave.
The poolside Halloween afternoon lists inflatable obstacle courses, time on the diving boards, trick-or-treating booths and Halloween face painting. Costumes are encouraged.
A smaller event this year
Because of ongoing construction at the aquatics center, the city says the 2026 event will be offered on a smaller scale, with a modified selection of activities.
Monster Splash tickets
Presale tickets cost $12 for children 17 and younger and are available through Sunday, October 18. Tickets at the door are $15. Adults get in free. Tickets are sold through the city’s online registration, linked from the event page.
Families who buy before the presale ends save $3 per child.
