Christmas Market OC opens Sunday, November 15, at Old World Village in Huntington Beach and runs daily through January 3, according to the market’s website. An indoor European shopping village is open every day of the season.
Santa and the village train
Santa meet-and-greets take place in Festival Hall, 2 to 5 p.m., on November 15, 28 and 29 and December 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 and 20.
The Village Train runs on opening day, 3 to 5 p.m., and again on December 12 and 13. Wiener dog races are set for November 15 and December 6, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A Nativity play is scheduled for Sunday, December 20, 5 to 8 p.m.
Live music
The Garden Stage has music most days of the week. Regular sets include Country Christmas on Sunday evenings and Christmas with Elvis on Wednesday evenings, plus weekend daytime performances by Curtis Hoffmann.
