  • Limits: Eight passes, or two 6-packs, per order. All sales are final. Wristbands must be registered and are non-transferable once on.
  • Hotel packages are sold through 100X Hospitality.

Getting there

  • Driving: Free day parking opens at noon and runs until 2 a.m., first come, first served. When the lots fill, you are sent to a free off-site park and ride. Preferred parking is sold in advance. Everyone in the car needs a festival wristband to enter the lots, and cars left after 2 a.m. are towed.
  • Shuttles: Round-trip shuttles run from spots around the Coachella Valley and drop you closest to the entrance. They leave for the festival between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. and stop running 60 minutes after the music ends.
  • Rideshare: The rideshare stand is at Avenue 49 and Monroe Street, open noon to 3 a.m. The festival says the longest waits are between midnight and 2:30 a.m.
  • Friends and family drop-off: Avenue 52 and Madison Street. Taxis use this lot too.
  • Bus, train, and air: SunLine Transit serves the valley, Greyhound stops in Indio, and Palm Springs International is the nearest commercial airport.

What to bring

  • Bags: Backpacks and purses no larger than 18 x 13 x 8.5 inches. Fanny packs are fine.
  • Water: An empty plastic bottle up to 64 ounces, or an empty plastic hydration pack of 2 liters or less. Refill stations are free.
  • A low-back lawn chair. Yes, really. Stagecoach allows low-back lawn chairs, with examples on the general info page. They are not allowed in any Saloon.
  • Blankets or towels up to 50 x 70 inches.
  • Sun gear: Hats, sunglasses, lotion sunscreen (no aerosols), parasols, and empty personal-size plastic water misters.
  • Cowboy boots are on the official allowed list.
  • Cameras: Non-professional digital, disposable, Polaroid, and film cameras, and GoPros without poles.
  • A physical ID. Digital IDs, photos of IDs, and school IDs are not accepted for entry or alcohol.

What to leave at home

  • Aerosols, including spray sunscreen.
  • Lassos, rope, and caution tape. They are on the prohibited list.
  • Chains and chain wallets.
  • Umbrellas, tents, tarps, and hammocks.
  • Flags, totems, and kites. The festival also bans the Confederate flag and related imagery.
  • Outside food and drinks, coolers, and glass or metal bottles.
  • Professional cameras, video cameras, selfie sticks, tripods, and drones.
  • Pets. Service animals only.

Inside the gates

  • No re-entry unless you are staying at The Resort, the festival’s on-site camping.
  • Beat the rush. The FAQ says the longest entry waits are usually between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
  • Cards only. Food, drink, and official merch take credit and debit cards. American Express is the official payment partner.
  • Real bathrooms. The festival says it has more than 300 flushing toilets and sinks.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available in spots including the HonkyTonk bar, the Beer Barn, and the Saloons.
  • Parents: Strollers for infants and toddlers are allowed, and select medical tents have pumping and feeding spaces with power.

Camping at The Resort

Stagecoach sells on-site camping separately from festival passes. The 2027 options include powered RV sites (20 x 50 feet, eight Resort wristbands per site), car camping, and the Lake Eldorado and La Campana upgrades. Details and rules are on The Resort page.

Accessibility

There is no accessibility pre-registration except for accessible camping. Guests pick up an accessibility wristband, plus one companion wristband, at one of three Accessibility Services hubs on site. Free accessible parking is in Lot 2C with a valid placard and DMV paperwork, and there is an accessible rideshare drop-off in Lot 1D at Monroe Street and Avenue 52 with a shuttle to the entrance. The venue terrain is grass, and the festival notes it can be up to a half-mile walk between far points in direct sun. Chair and scooter charging is available at the hubs. Contact ada@stagecoachfestival.com or call (888) 226-0076.

Still to come

Stage assignments, set times, the festival map, and the 2027 app. The festival says set times will be posted on its website and in the Stagecoach app before the festival. The 824 Journal will update this guide when they are out.
