Orange Plaza Traditions will hold its annual Christmas Market & Tree Lighting on Sunday, December 6, at Plaza Park in Old Towne Orange. The evening includes the lighting of the City of Orange’s Christmas tree.
Admission is free, and visitors may leave and return during operating hours. Start times have not been posted yet. The organizer says more details will be added as the holidays get closer.
What to expect
Plans call for local vendors, seasonal treats, live entertainment and holiday activities. The event area covers Chapman Avenue between Grand and Lemon streets and Glassell Street between Almond and Maple avenues.
Parking
Public parking is available in lots around Old Towne, but space is limited and fees may apply. Accessible parking is on South Grand Street, just south of Chapman Avenue. The organizer does not run a rideshare or drop-off area.
