MainPlace in Santa Ana will hold a Día de Muertos Festival on Saturday, October 24, 2026, 2 to 5 p.m. Activities spread across Levels 1 and 2 of the shopping center at 2800 N. Main St.
Workshops and art
The mall lists three hands-on art workshops: plush alebrije butterflies in the JCPenney Lounge, ceramic cantaritos in the FYE Lounge and wooden picture frames in the Food Court’s MyPerks Lounge.
Live painters will work near Macy’s and the Food Court, and a live cartoonist will be on the second level. The Galeria at Boudin Hall hosts a Lotería Art Contest.
For families
Face painting is set for Center Court. An Aztec Zone ofrenda with a live interactive activity sits in the Food Court, across from a photo booth featuring this year’s mural. Live performances take place on the Macy’s Main Stage.
