What’s on the menu

With a tasting ticket, you check in and then walk the boulevard, sampling at participating downtown Burbank businesses. Fever lists access to more than 40 wine tasting stations. The participating wineries and pouring spots have not been named yet.

The Holiday Street Fair is the free part: hundreds of local vendors and live entertainment along San Fernando Boulevard, according to the official site. You do not need a Wine Walk ticket to shop it, and the FAQ says food and drinks are sold on site by vendors.

The VIP Holiday Lounge is the only place to try the event’s select secret pours and catered plates, per the official site.

Getting there

  • Train: The official site recommends Metrolink, with about a 13-minute walk to North San Fernando Boulevard.
  • Parking: The FAQ says street parking is available.
  • Check-in: The ticket names point to the AMC Walkway for check-in. Confirm the spot in your Fever ticket before you go.

Tips

  • Watch the clock. Check-in closes at 6 p.m., and late arrivals are not allowed in.
  • Wear walking shoes. The FAQ calls it a walkthrough experience with no seating.
  • Pace yourself. Forty-plus stations in three hours is not a checklist. Eat something, drink water between pours, and plan the ride home.
  • Leave at home: cans, coolers, bottles, glass containers, CamelBaks, professional cameras, drones, skateboards, and weapons, among other items on the FAQ’s prohibited list.
  • Weather: The event is outdoors. If weather forces a cancellation, the organizers say they will email ticket holders.

Family notes

The Holiday Street Fair is free and open to all ages, so kids can come for the vendors, the music, and the snow. Wine tasting is 21 and over. Pets are not allowed, though service animals are welcome.

Accessibility

Fever lists the event as wheelchair accessible, and the FAQ says it is held in an accessible venue with restrooms on site. For specific needs, contact Fever support through the ticket page or the organizers through the official site.
