The City of Anaheim holds its Nutcracker Holiday Village and Tree Lighting on Sunday, December 6, 2026, in Downtown Anaheim. The tree lights up at 6 p.m. on the steps of City Hall.

Schedule

The afternoon opens at 1 p.m. with Tuba Christmas at the corner of the Center Street Promenade and Clementine Street. Santa and Mrs. Claus pose for photos 3 to 5 p.m.

The Nutcracker Holiday Tree Lighting follows at 6 p.m., with entertainment and what the city calls festive surprises.

For families

The holiday village has crafts for kids, holiday shopping, food and seasonal treats. Center Street Promenade and City Hall sit a short walk apart, so families can catch the tuba concert, the Santa photos and the lighting without moving the car.

The city’s event page does not list an admission price or parking details, so check it closer to the date for updates.
