The City of Westminster hosts its Halloween Spooktacular on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Westminster Civic Center. Trunk or Treat starts at 4:30 p.m., followed by a movie night at 6:45 p.m.
What’s Planned at the Westminster Halloween Spooktacular
The city says the evening will include Halloween activities, games and food. The night opens with the trunk or treat, where kids collect candy from decorated vehicles, and closes with a movie.
The city has not yet named the film. It is now taking sign ups for decorated trunks through a form on its special events page. It also does not list an admission price, so check the city’s special events page closer to the date.
