Punk weekend is back in Garden Grove. Suburban Clampdown 5 takes over the Garden Amp on Saturday and Sunday, October 17 and 18, 2026, with Black Flag headlining Saturday and The Adicts headlining Sunday. Both nights are all ages, and a two-day ticket covers both.

This is the fifth Suburban Clampdown. The first one, in February 2020, was also at the Garden Amp and also headlined by Black Flag. The venue calls itself the only independent outdoor amphitheater in Orange County, and it holds 496 fixed stadium seats plus a standing area in front of the stage. Here is what you need, from the Garden Amp’s event pages, FAQ, and TicketWeb as of September 28, 2026.

Who’s playing

Two very different flavors of punk, one per night. Set times have not been posted.

Saturday, October 17: Black Flag and a hardcore bill

Black Flag headline, with Dr. Know, Outspoken, Angry Samoans, Strife, Endpoint, DFL, Mean Season, and Downcast. That is nine bands on a night that starts at 5 p.m., and a heavy dose of Southern California hardcore history. Black Flag formed in Hermosa Beach in the 1970s. Angry Samoans came out of Los Angeles, and Dr. Know out of Oxnard.

Sunday, October 18: The Adicts and friends

The Adicts headline, with Gvllow, Love Canal, Knuckleheadz, Dirty Black Summer, Carveliners, and Los Creepers. The Adicts are the English punk band known for their A Clockwork Orange look, and their shows lean theatrical. Sunday starts at 6 p.m.
