TRiP
TRiP is a neighborhood bar and music room at Lincoln and Pico boulevards in Santa Monica. It has live entertainment seven nights a week and was named best neighborhood music venue by LA Weekly, a recognition that Santa Monica’s tourism bureau also cites.
The weekly schedule mixes local bands with recurring nights such as Open Mic Mondays, a jazz night and a Latin night, plus trivia and occasional burlesque. Artists can book through the venue directly.
The bar pours more than 60 craft beers, with 16 on tap, and serves food on select nights. Guests must be 21 and over with ID. Hours run from 4 p.m. on weekdays and from noon on weekends, closing at midnight.
