The Ranch Saloon
The Ranch Saloon is the country music room attached to The Ranch restaurant, on the ground floor of the Extron Electronics headquarters on East Ball Road in Anaheim. Extron owner Andrew Edwards opened The Ranch in 2011 around his interest in dancing and country music, pairing a steakhouse with a saloon and dance floor.
The saloon runs Thursday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m., with live country bands and DJs, and two free dance lessons each of those nights covering two-step, line dancing and West Coast Swing. The adjoining restaurant serves American regional food, and the saloon side offers small plates, sandwiches, cocktails and local beers.
The saloon is 21 and over unless an event says otherwise. There is a dress code: country or nightclub attire, no shorts, no sleeveless shirts for men and no bandanas, and hats must be worn brim forward. Cleats and spurs are not allowed on the dance floor.
