The Hangar at OC Fair & Event Center
The Hangar is an indoor hall on the OC Fair & Event Center grounds in Costa Mesa, a short walk from Pacific Amphitheatre. It comes alive as a concert room during the annual Orange County Fair each summer, and the fairgrounds also use it for other events through the year, including Fight Club OC.
Its fair season lineup leans on tribute acts and nostalgia bills. The 2025 schedule, for example, included 24K Magic, a Bruno Mars tribute, Jimmy’s Buffet, a Jimmy Buffett tribute, and It’s Britney Beep, a Britney Spears tribute, and in 2026 the fair added Sunday matinees. Hangar tickets bought for a regular fair day include same day admission to the fair.
Because the room is tied to the fair calendar, check the OC Fair entertainment page for the current season’s dates before planning a visit, and allow extra time for fair parking and entry lines on summer weekends.
