The Bellwether

Venue Profile

Los Angeles, CA · 1500 capacity · Indoor · Updated September 2026

The Bellwether is a 1,500-capacity concert venue at 333 South Boylston Street, on the western edge of Downtown Los Angeles near the 110 freeway. It opened on July 11, 2023, as a partnership between Teragram Presents, led by Michael Swier, and the Bay Area promoter Another Planet Entertainment.

The same team runs Teragram Ballroom and Moroccan Lounge, and The Bellwether fills the size gap above those rooms. Bookings include touring indie, rock, electronic and hip-hop acts. The building has a general admission floor along with premium areas.

The Virginian, an on-site restaurant and bar, usually opens about an hour before doors, and the Looking Glass Lounge serves premium ticket holders. The venue posts parking directions, box office details and an ADA page on its website. It recommends Metro, with Grand Av Arts/Bunker Hill station on the A and E lines about six blocks away, and Lyft is its official rideshare partner.
