Los Globos

Venue Profile

Los Angeles, CA · Indoor · Updated September 2026

Los Globos is a two-level club at 3040 Sunset Boulevard in Silver Lake. The building was put up as an American Legion dance hall and later became one of the first gay nightclubs in Los Angeles.

The club is known for hosting Sextacy in 1989, cited as the first legal rave in the United States. Today its calendar mixes live concerts with long-running dance parties. The fall 2026 schedule includes a live set from Nef the Pharaoh and D-Lo on October 1 alongside the Rhonda party, reggaeton and Latin nights, and Halloween events.

Events are 18 and over or 21 and over depending on the night, and many club nights start at 9 or 10 p.m. Parking is on surrounding streets, and Sunset Boulevard bus lines stop close to the entrance.
