Live at The Sun Rose
Live at The Sun Rose is a music club inside The Sun Rose West Hollywood hotel on the Sunset Strip, on land once occupied by the House of Blues. The venue says it has been open for about four years, and it lists past performers going back to 2022.
It is set up like a supper club, with about 100 seats at round tables, wood paneling, a balcony level and a Yamaha C7 grand piano. Pianist Mike Garson is a resident musician, and the room has hosted performances by Stevie Wonder, Beck and Justin Timberlake. The regular calendar leans toward singer-songwriters, soul, jazz and pop.
Shows are strictly 21+. Guests have one hour after doors open to claim tables, and VIP tables carry a $50 per-person minimum. A small-bites menu is served, and the hotel’s rooftop restaurant is available for dinner beforehand. Valet parking is entered from Olive Drive.
