Lancaster Performing Arts Center
The Lancaster Performing Arts Center is a city-run theater on Lancaster Boulevard in downtown Lancaster, in the Antelope Valley. It opened on November 22, 1991, and describes itself as the largest performing arts facility in the northernmost part of Los Angeles County.
The center is in its 34th season. Its 2026 to 2027 lineup includes saxophonist Boney James, The 3 International Tenors, and rock tribute shows, alongside comedy and family programming. A foundation formed with the center supports capital improvements and an arts education program for young people.
Every patron needs a ticket regardless of age. Oversized bags, outside food and drinks, and cameras or recording devices are not allowed. The box office is open Tuesday through Friday from 1 to 5 p.m.
