Kia Forum

Venue Profile

Inglewood, CA · 18000 capacity · Indoor · Updated September 2026

The Kia Forum sits on West Manchester Boulevard in Inglewood, a short drive east of LAX. The round, column-free arena was designed by Charles Luckman and opened at the end of 1967. It was home to the Lakers and Kings until both teams moved downtown in 1999, and it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

A roughly $50 million renovation by the Madison Square Garden Company turned the building into a dedicated concert room, and it reopened in January 2014. Steve Ballmer bought the arena in 2020, and it took the Kia Forum name in 2022. Concert capacity reaches about 18,000, and the fall 2026 calendar includes Mumford & Sons, The Neighbourhood and Charli XCX.

The arena books large touring shows across pop, rock, hip-hop, Latin and electronic music. Check the official site for bag, camera and parking rules before a show, since specifics can change by event.
