Harvelle’s Long Beach
Harvelle’s Long Beach is a small nightclub on East Broadway in downtown Long Beach. It is the sister room to Harvelle’s in Santa Monica, which dates to 1931. The Long Beach club is a dark, compact room built for listening and dancing.
The calendar is busy and varied. A typical month in 2026 includes tribute shows such as The Winehouse Experience, a weekly all-star jam session, Wednesday Night Live, blues and funk bills, goth and darkwave dance nights, burlesque, pole showcases, stand-up comedy and karaoke.
The club is 21 and over with a two-drink minimum. It is a short walk from the Metro A Line’s 1st Street station, and street and garage parking are nearby downtown.
