Cook’s Corner
Cook’s Corner is a roadhouse bar and restaurant on Santiago Canyon Road in Trabuco Canyon, in the foothills above Rancho Santa Margarita. The site dates to 1884, when merchant Andrew Jackson Cook built a home there; his son turned it into a restaurant in 1926, and it became a bar after Prohibition. Since 1975 it has been a well known gathering spot for motorcyclists.
Live music plays inside and on the outdoor stage, with the heaviest schedule on weekends. Late September 2026 listings included the Hempstring Orchestra, an all star jam fest, and Hairosmith, an Aerosmith tribute, alongside weeknight sets and a Monday open mic (6:30 to 10 p.m.).
Weekend afternoons draw large motorcycle crowds. The kitchen serves daily, with weekly specials such as Taco Tuesday and a Wednesday spaghetti night.
