Constellation Room

Venue Profile

Santa Ana, CA · 250 capacity · Indoor · Updated September 2026

The Constellation Room is the smaller stage inside The Observatory complex on Harbor Boulevard in Santa Ana. It holds about 250 people and runs its own calendar alongside the 972-capacity main room, usually with emerging and developing artists.

The room is a place to catch touring indie, punk, emo, hip-hop and electronic acts in a small setting, and past bookings include Washed Out, RIDE and Pussy Riot. It shares the building’s entrance, security screening, bar and kitchen with The Observatory, which is operated by Live Nation.

Shows are general admission standing. Use the on-site paid lot rather than neighboring businesses, which tow. Bags must fit within 12 by 6 by 12 inches, and backpacks are not allowed.
