Ambassador Auditorium
Ambassador Auditorium is a 1,262-seat concert hall on the former Ambassador College campus in west Pasadena. It was built for the Worldwide Church of God and its college, and from 1974 to 1995 it presented 20 seasons and more than 2,500 concerts. The Pasadena Symphony still refers to it as the Carnegie Hall of the West.
The performing arts series ended in 1995, and in 2004 the property was sold to Harvest Rock Church and Maranatha High School. The church has since reopened the hall to outside presenters, and it is the home of the Pasadena Symphony’s classical series as well as a stage for ensembles such as the Colburn Orchestra.
The Pasadena Symphony’s 2026 to 2027 season at the hall includes Brahms, Beethoven, Rachmaninoff and holiday candlelight programs. Tickets and parking details are handled by each presenting organization.
