NightTales, a new after-dark holiday experience at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, opens Thursday, November 12, 2026. It runs on select nights through January 10, 2027, at the museum at 900 Exposition Blvd. in Exposition Park.
The museum describes it as an indoor and outdoor experience with glowing installations, projections and immersive displays in select halls and the gardens. Real specimens from the museum’s collections are turned into large luminous artworks. The show features work by artist Maggie West and is produced by BeSixth with the museum.
